Shipping Policy
At AITHYRIA, we carefully prepare every order so your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $109.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AITHYRIA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aithyria.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
